These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GFLOutdoors.net and purchases from GFL Outdoors. Throughout these Terms, "GFL Outdoors," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of GFLOutdoors.net. "You" refers to a visitor, customer, purchaser, or other user of the site.

By accessing the site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction or are acting with authorization of a person or entity that does. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site and purchase or use of products complies with applicable law.

2. OUR ONLINE STORE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

GFLOutdoors.net is powered by Shopify. Some products are produced and fulfilled on our behalf by third-party print-on-demand fulfillment providers, including Printful. Payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention services, and other service providers may also participate in completing transactions.

GFL Outdoors remains the seller responsible for its relationship with customers, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

3. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Many or all products sold by GFL Outdoors are made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Because of this production model, cancellations, modifications, exchanges, and returns are limited as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may add, modify, discontinue, or limit products, designs, sizes, colors, materials, prices, or availability at any time, subject to orders already accepted and applicable law.

4. PRODUCT IMAGES, COLORS, AND DESCRIPTIONS

We try to describe and display products accurately. However, digital displays can reproduce colors differently, garment dye lots can vary slightly, and printing or embroidery can have minor production tolerances. Product proportions can also appear different across garment sizes and product sizes.

Reasonable display or manufacturing variations do not constitute a defect. Materially incorrect products, major production defects, damage, or incorrect fulfillment are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. PRICES, TAXES, AND CHARGES

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is submitted. You agree to pay the product price, applicable shipping charges, taxes, and any other amount clearly disclosed before completing checkout.

Where international delivery is offered, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar amounts imposed by a destination country may be the recipient's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment problems, obvious pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, legal restrictions, abusive conduct, or fulfillment limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no substitute resolution is agreed, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item or order.

We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, fraud, abuse, or other improper purposes.

7. PAYMENT

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment services may be provided by Shopify Payments or other third-party processors and are subject to their applicable terms and security procedures.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production times, shipping estimates, tracking, split shipments, address responsibilities, lost-package procedures, and delivery limitations are described in our Shipping Policy and are incorporated into these Terms.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. GFL Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, natural disasters, governmental action, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged or defective products, customer-selected wrong sizes or colors, lost shipments, unauthorized returns, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate information you submit, subject to our policies and applicable law.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the GFL Outdoors name, GFL marks, logos, original artwork, graphics, product designs, site design, written content, photographs, and other materials created for or owned by GFL Outdoors are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, license, distribute, scrape, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our artwork, logos, product designs, photographs, site content, or other protected material without prior written permission.

Nothing on the site grants you ownership of or a license to GFL Outdoors intellectual property except the limited right to use the site as expressly permitted by these Terms.

12. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, feedback, or other content to GFL Outdoors for publication, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

To the extent you specifically submit content for public use or publication, you grant GFL Outdoors a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that submitted content for operating and promoting GFL Outdoors, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. We are not obligated to publish submitted content and may remove content from our own channels at our discretion.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the site to:

• Violate any law or the rights of another person.
• Commit fraud, submit false claims, or misuse payment or refund systems.
• Transmit malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or disruptive requests.
• Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the site.
• Harvest or scrape data in violation of law or our rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Use GFL Outdoors intellectual property without authorization.

We may restrict access or cancel transactions reasonably associated with prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The site may link to or rely on services operated by third parties. GFL Outdoors does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, security, or availability. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms between you and that provider.

15. SITE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update, maintain, suspend, or modify the site from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access. We may correct typographical, technical, pricing, product, or other errors when discovered.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GFLOutdoors.net and its site services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms, our policies, product descriptions, or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

This disclaimer does not eliminate any warranty or consumer right that applicable law requires.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GFL Outdoors and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the site, products, or these Terms, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFL Outdoors' aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to GFL Outdoors for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability imposed by mandatory consumer-protection law.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GFL Outdoors and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by GFL Outdoors' own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.

19. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

20. GOVERNING LAW

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except where applicable law requires another forum, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or transactions with GFL Outdoors may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Duval County, Florida.

21. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies and notices expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the site and purchases from GFL Outdoors, except for any separate written agreement expressly signed by GFL Outdoors.

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, products, technology, or legal requirements. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Changes do not retroactively alter rights or obligations that applicable law prevents us from changing.
